RHMV is a Spirit-led and praying community. Prayer is not something confined to a pastor on a church stage one day each week. Instead, the invitation to pray is for God’s people to embrace a life that’s in regular communion with God. Together, RHMV ministers to each other through prayer in a variety of different gatherings and through many ways.

365 Day Prayer
If you call RHMV home, we are asking you to sign up for at least one day this year on our 365 day prayer and fasting calendar. Our purpose in this is to corporately come before God and pray for both our campus and people, as well as our partnerships, neighborhoods, and people of Mission Viejo and surrounding cities.
Here’s how it works: Sign up for at least one day to pray and fast this year. You will receive a reminder email with instructions one week before your assigned day. Don’t worry, if you’ve never fasted before or prayed throughout the day, we’ll walk you through it. You’ll then get an email again two days before as one more reminder. Lastly, you’ll receive a follow up email two days after your fast asking about your experience and if you have any questions or stories to share.
Mission Viejo Prayer Nights
Each Thursday Night [except for the 3rd Thursday of the month], we gather the Mission Viejo Community to pray. Together, we intercede for our campus community, ROCKHARBOR Church as a whole, and for God’s Kingdom to advance in our Mission Viejo Cities.

3rd Wednesday Worship and Prayer Nights
Join us as we set aside the 3rd Wednesday of each month to pray for our Church and community. We pray (many will fast) throughout the day and then gather in the evening for extended prayer and worship as a community.

Prayer Training
Are you interested in being a part of our prayer team, or just want to learn more about praying for others? Our prayer leadership team will take us through a 4-week prayer training that will have a focus on learning to listen to The Lord while praying for each other. This training will be offered at least twice a year; please email Brian Hill for additional info.
Prayer Home Visits
If you or someone you know have a prayer need that would best be met in the context of a home, please let us know. Many times because of sickness, personal reasons, or the time needed to pray, it’s best to meet in a home. We have a prayer and pastoral team that are available to serve in this way.
